Student Showcase - The Blue Room


	Welcome

Certificate III students officially launch a new concept in the Bar & Restaurant - The Blue Room.

Every Thursday from 10.00am to 12.00pm, the Blue Room will open for coffee and a selection of drinks including smoothies, shakes and teas.

The Blue Room will invite members of the public and surrounding areas to enjoy the atmosphere and coffee served in this training cafe.

During the term, The Blue Room is organising several themed lunches serving three course meals cooked by professional chefts and served by the students. It gives the students the actual feel of what a real restaurant will feel like to work in.

We are contemplating a Mexican lunch, Asian Theme and several others.
